Navigating the Dashboard
Use the dropdown menu titled “View AP Performance by” to toggle between score distributions and score averages.
Use the dropdown menu titled “View AP Participation by” to toggle between the average number and average percentage of seniors who took the exam during their high school career.
Use the dropdown menu titled “Year Applicant Took the Exam” to view each applicant’s exam in the appropriate context. Because AP exams periodically undergo a standard setting process, each applicant’s scores should be compared to either a pre- or post-standard setting distribution. Selecting the year the applicant took the exam automatically subsets the data to reflect the appropriate context. Learn more about standard setting.
Use the up and down arrows in the upper-left corner of the dashboard to sort AP exams by most and least frequently taken. Select the refresh button to return to the default alphabetical display.
