Senior Strategist

Kelsey brings nearly 12 years of on-campus leadership experience to her work, giving her firsthand insight into the pressures institutional leaders face. Having navigated major initiatives—from launching a 600+ bed residential community to supporting teams through presidential transitions and budget shifts—she understands change management from the inside out. 

At College Board, Kelsey partners with chiefs, presidents, and cabinet leaders on brand health and reputation management, helping institutions navigate sensitive narratives, strengthen enrollment positioning, and turn social listening data into strategic clarity. Her approach blends campus-tested judgment with a genuine curiosity about what the data reveals.
