College Board Forum Colloquia Session: Race in Admission: Examining the Supreme Court's Decision (November 2023)
For more than 40 years, federal law has permitted higher education institutions to consider race in a limited capacity in their admission processes. In summer 2023, the U.S. Supreme Court rendered a decision in the Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard and Students for Fair Admissions v. UNC cases addressing the topic.
